Overview

We will:

• Install and configure new computing solutions for use onsite, including installing operating systems and application software
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with operating systems (Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Linux, Mac OS 9.x).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with network connectivity, including filesharing and printing.
• Perform Windows and Linux server administration.
• Troubleshoot and support system intrusion issues, i.e., virus detection and removal.
• Provide technical implementation and consulting of technical projects requiring expertise and creativity in analysis and deployment of technology.
• Design and implement department wide solutions
• Complete Network solutions, from initial design, through to working solution.
